chatroll—在线群组聊天服务

chatroll是一个在线web版群组聊天室，用户可以选择感兴趣的主题进入聊天室进行聊天交流。

诚如watsonxu所说，chatroll就是类似于Google Groups的在线论坛，但成员们是通过类似聊天室的方式来进行分享和交流的。但是单从分享方面来讲，我觉得chatroll比Google Groups是有过之而无不及，chatroll基于聊天，用户们可以很方便甚至不用注册就可以分享一些信息，交流更实时直观，而且所有的聊天内容都有保存，用户可以浏览历史聊天记录，按月或者按天；但是和Google Groups相比则少了交流的气氛，不能像Google Groups一样针对某一信息进行评论和交流，即使用户的个人页面，用户可提供的信息空间也很少，没有用户之间的私下交流通道。或许这本身就不是chatroll所侧重的，“share your voice”，chatroll更侧重于分享。如果你发现少了某一个重要的主题，你也可以创建自己的群，然后分享群组地址给其他人。
