polleverywhere是一个基于web的短信投票系统。注册后就可以创建投票了，像其它投票系统一样设置问题和选项。开启投票后，就可以通过web和SMS短信来进行投票了，通过web方式进行投票的操作很简单这不用说了，而通过发送SMS短信投票其实也很简单，每个选项都对应有一个编号“CAST #”，发送选项编号到41411 就完成了投票，投票结果可以通过4种方式查看，分别是Bar Chart 、 Text 、PowerPoint 、Web Voting ，其中在web上投票就是通过Web Voting来进行的。通过polleverywhere还可以得知详细投票时间，最后结果还可以转换为电子表格比如Excel文件或者导出为XML文件。另外对中文的支持也很友好。注册之后可以免费创建100个投票，之后则是有偿服务，需要购买才能继续创建投票了。
