runstream是提供在线feed托管的服务，每一个免费账号只能添加一个feed，可以对feed页面的描述，文章条数以及feed图片等基本元素进行设置，还有对订阅来源统计，文章统计地区统计功能。除此之外还有文章添加功能，即为feed添加新的文章内容，这一方面我觉得是feedsky和feedburner值得借鉴的地方。虽然feedsky和feedburner都有合烧其它feed的功能，但有时我们也希望只在feed上一次性的加一个条目，比如blog暂停更新一段时间，我们可以通过runstream的这种方式做一个简单的说明，而这种说明在blog上我觉得只适合以一种非日志的形式来表现，也就是说最好不要以日志的形式来说明blog暂停更新的事情。
