ubernote是一个在线记事备忘的服务，用户可以在线添加自己的笔记，待办事项以及网络书签，全站基于AJAX构建，ubernote提供简单的编辑器，支持为某些文本加上超链接，用户在添加笔记或待办事项时可以设置tag以便日后进行查找，同时支持全文检索，如果你忘记了添加tag或者一时难以找到某个笔记或待办事项时，只要输入一些关键字就可以在全部项目中进行搜索。ubernote不像其他同类服务那样页面华丽，而是界面简洁而且易用功能强大的在线记事备忘的服务。
